- Jean-Laurent Veinnant, 47 ans, en tant que directeur de gestion. Il a été en charge de la gestion de centres commerciaux à la Ségécé, puis gestionnaire crédit bail immobilier chez UCB Bail, responsable de la gestion tertiaire chez Keops puis chez Keter (groupe Leonard de Vinci).
- Philippe Miliotis, 26 ans, en tant que property manager. Il était auparavant gestionnaire junior chez Global Property Management (Telmma) depuis 2008.
- Thierry Pelletier, 47 ans, en tant que directeur technique. Il a assuré la gestion technique chez Socomie (Silic) et auparavant chez Jones Lang Wootton.
